We currently have a 1-year contract opportunity as a Manufacturing Engineer with one of our top Fortune 500 clients in Noblesville, IN.brbrbr brJOB SUMMARYbrProvide technical leadership for the production team. brResponsibilities include providing documentation and floor support associated with safety, manufacturing and quality methods, tooling, and equipment. brAggressively initiate new processes and methods that will improve safety, reduce product cost andor improve product quality.br brJOB RESPONSIBILITIESbrDrive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.brWork with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.brParticipate in new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment.brEnsuring regulatory compliance through Validation Verification - Plan execution and analysis.brCo-ordination of manufacturing releasesbrLead Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health Safety efforts in support of plant goalsbrDriving LEAN manufacturing implementation.brProvide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. brAssure that corrective action is taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areas.br brQUALIFICATIONS brB.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree, or an Associates Degree and 3 years experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting of PCserver based systems, or High School diploma with 5 years of experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting of PCserver based systemsbrUnderstanding of IT QA and testing proceduresbrGood team worker in international teamsbrGood analytical and planning skillsbr brPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSbrM.S.
