Payroll Director within dynamic organization. Responsible for process ownership including leading the planning, development and administration for Payroll and related Timekeeping. Significant interactions with business leaders, HR, vendors to understand stakeholder needs, optimize processes, align and harmonize system requirements and processes and drive required change management. Additional responsibilities include making or recommending appropriate HR Payroll decisions; contributing to HR Community, management of supervisors and managing the department's budget.
